Your numbers should say the same thing everywhere.
Pitch decks, financial models, websites and the trackers that run the work. Built by one team, so the numbers agree wherever someone looks.
Four things, built properly.
-
Pitch decks
Investor decks, sales decks and board updates. The story, the numbers and the design, in one pass.
What you get -
Financial models
Built in Excel from a blank sheet. Fundraising cases, three statements, unit economics, valuation, cap tables and monthly reporting.
What you get -
Websites
Company and product sites, designed, written and launched. Fast pages a non-technical team can keep current.
What you get -
Trackers
Every job in one place: the stage it is at, who is holding it, and what has gone quiet. Built for how your team already works.
What you get
Someone reads the deck, asks for the model, then opens your website. All three should say the same thing.
That someone is an investor, a bank, a board, a buyer or a large customer. Most businesses get those three from three different people, and it shows. The revenue on slide nine is not the revenue in the model, and the site still describes last year.
We build all of it, so the number on the slide comes out of the model and the site agrees with both. The tracker is what keeps it true afterwards, when the work moves on and nobody remembers to update anything.
Four steps. No surprises.

A short call
Half an hour. What you are building, who it is for, and the date it has to be ready by.
-
ii
First draft
You see the whole thing, not a fragment. It is easier to react to something real than to a plan.
-
iii
Two rounds
Two rounds of changes are included. Most work needs one. We tell you if it needs more.
-
iv
Handover
You own every file: the PowerPoint or Google Slides, the Excel workbook, the site code. No licence, no lock-in.
Six websites. Decks up to fifty-one slides. A hundred models.
Most of it belongs to the people who paid for it, so the work page describes the rest by its shape.
-
Client website
Pier Counsel
A legal advisory firm, whose site has to earn a first call from someone deciding whether to trust them with a deal.
piercounsel.com -
Deck, 51 slides
A market map of an industry
Nine segments, forty providers, three positioning maps and a capability heatmap, then the same thing cut to six takeaways.
-
Public build
Deal Autopsies
A public tool that pulls apart how deals were actually structured, and what each term was worth to each side.
Open it
We have been on the other side of the table.

Years on the other side
Venture capital, private equity and deal advisory. We know what a reader opens first, and what makes them stop reading.

Models built
From a blank sheet every time. Every formula traces back to an input you can change yourself.

Websites, six designs
We build the five Unknot sites ourselves and no two share a template. A site should look like its own business.

Files you do not own
We build it, you keep it. Source files at handover, with nothing locked behind us.
The things people ask first.
How long does it take?
A deck takes 1 day, a model 2 days, and a website 3 days, counted from the call. A tracker depends on how your team works, so we scope it on the call. If your date is sooner than that, say so and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote per project rather than publishing a rate. Tell us what you need and you will have a number, and what it covers, within a day.
Do I own the files?
Yes, all of them. The PowerPoint or Google Slides, the Excel workbook, the site code and the tracker. No licence fee, no hosting lock-in, nothing that stops you taking it elsewhere.
Can I get just one of the four?
Yes. Most people start with one. The argument for doing more than one together is that the numbers then agree, not that you have to buy a bundle.
What do you need from me to start?
Whatever you already have: the current deck, the spreadsheet, last year's accounts, the old site. If you have none of it, a half hour call is enough to begin.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two. Most projects use one. If a third round is needed because the business changed rather than because we missed something, we will say so before doing the work.
Do you work outside India?
Yes. We are India first and most of our work is here, but nothing about a model or a deck is country specific. We work to your timezone for calls.
Who actually does the work?
Unknot Partners. The same people who scope it build it, and you talk to them directly rather than through an account manager.
Tell us what you are building.
One short form, a reply within a day, and a quote once we know the shape of it.
