A deck that survives the second read.
Anyone can make slides look good. The hard part is a story that still holds when someone goes back through it with the model open beside them.
The whole deck, not a template.
- A story built from your business, in the order an investor reads it.
- Every figure tied back to a model, so the slide and the spreadsheet agree.
- Charts drawn for the point they make, not decoration dropped on a slide.
- An appendix for the questions the main deck will provoke.
- The editable file, PowerPoint or Google Slides, yours to keep and change.
- Two rounds of changes included.
Anyone who has to explain a number to someone who did not live through it.
Decks for a raise, sales decks for a long sales cycle, board updates, bank and lender packs, and the one that has to say the quarter went badly without losing the room. India first, and nothing in the method is country specific.
What is missing, and why it matters.
Tick the slides your deck already has. The gaps come back with the reason an investor cares about each one.
10 gaps
Nothing you tick is sent anywhere. It runs in your browser.
1 day, start to finish.
- i
Call
Half an hour on the business, the raise and the date.
- ii
Structure
The running order and the argument, agreed before any slide is designed.
- iii
First draft
The full deck, designed, with every figure sourced.
- iv
Two rounds
Changes, then the editable file and the appendix.
Do you write the content or just design it?
Both. The writing is the part that decides whether it works, so we do not take a finished script and lay it out. If you have strong copy already we will keep what works and say what we would change.
Can you work from my existing deck?
Yes, and it usually helps. We will tell you which slides are doing work and which are there out of habit.
What if I do not have a model yet?
Then the figures on the slides have nothing behind them, which a careful reader will find. We can build the model alongside the deck so the two agree from the start.
PowerPoint or Google Slides?
Whichever you will actually maintain. Tell us on the call and you get the editable file in that format.
What does it cost?
It depends on the length and how much of the underlying work exists. Tell us what you need and you will have a quote within a day.
Send us the deck you have.
Or the fact that you do not have one. Both are a fine place to start.
